1. Introduction

Welcome to Dev&Test. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. We act solely as a facilitator connecting Android developers with real-device testers to meet Google Play's 12-tester requirement.

2. Account Responsibilities

• Valid Gmail: You must use an authentic, active Gmail account matching your Google Play credentials.
• No Emulators: Testers attempting to use PC emulators, modified Android environments, or automated scripts will be permanently banned.
• Security: We utilize Google OAuth for login. We do not store your passwords, but you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

3. Token Economy & Arbitrations

Transactions involving tokens (purchasing, holding in escrow, rewarding) are managed via our central database. In any dispute regarding tester authenticity or developer bad-faith rejections, the Dev&Test Super Admin reserves the final right of arbitration. Admin decisions on token distributions or account freezing are non-negotiable.

4. Compliance with Google Play

Our platform does not circumvent Google Play's Terms of Service. Developers must ensure their applications do not contain malware or violate Google's Developer Program Policies before submitting links to our Testers. We are not liable for app suspensions triggered by Google automated reviews.
