Testing & Refund Policy
🚨 Strict Rules for Testers
To maintain high quality for developers, all testers must adhere strictly to the 14-day continuous testing loop. Developers are paying tokens for real effort.
The 8 PM Hard Deadline
You must upload a valid screenshot **EVERY SINGLE DAY** before the **8 PM Night Deadline**. Any negligence will negatively impact the testing cycle. There are **ZERO allowances** for missed days. Every day counts for the 14-day tracking cycle.
⚠️ Zero-Tolerance Policy
If you miss even a single day\'s 8 PM deadline, the Developer has the right to report you for inactivity, leading to immediate removal with **Zero Compensation**.
Penalties & Fraud
- Daily Commitment: Failure to upload screenshots by 8 PM daily will be considered breach of contract.
- Zero Payout: Fraudulent activity or missing the 8 PM deadline results in an instant kick from the test with no tokens rewarded.
- Platform Ban: Repeated policy violations or fake proof attempts will lead to a permanent platform ban.
💼 Developer Refund Policy
We operate a strict token escrow to guarantee fairness.
- Fiat Non-Refundable: Tokens purchased via UPI/Fiat are final. We cannot refund cash back to bank accounts unless there was a payment gateway technical error.
- Project Removal Refund: If you decide to remove or delete your app project from the platform tracking:
- Before 7 Days: 50% Token Refund (Rest 50% distributed to testers/platform fee).
- After 7 Days: 20% Token Refund (Rest 80% distributed to testers for their 7+ days of effort).
- Play Console Rejections: We provide testers to fulfill Google\'s requirement. If Google rejects your app for policy violations, code structure, or other internal reasons, Dev&Test is not liable and no token refunds will be granted.
